Is your missional strategy working?

I partner with churches and organizations in creating practical steps to make real, measurable impact. As a result of serving for nearly a decade with Compassion International, speaking on behalf of and/or working along side missional organizations large and small , I have learned the difference in healthy sustainable missions efforts vs well meaning but often unhealthy ones that some church's may not recognize. On the other hand, serving as a missions pastor of a local church, I have seen missional initiatives from organizations that may work well for the organization, but often do not consider the other priorities of the local churches overall mission and purpose.  My unique background  has given me the ability to see missions from multiple perspectives. 

Speaking about Discipleship and Missions from the stage is only a portion of what I do.  I also work along side consult with Churches and non-profits in their marketing and strategic planning. I have led people in missions efforts all over the world as well as the mission field in their own back yard.
